What this policy covers

This page explains how your data moves through the service. The Privacy policy lists what we collect, and the Data deletion page explains how to remove it.

Your data stays yours

The briefs, posts and media in your workspace belong to you. Each workspace is kept separate, so other businesses cannot see your data.

Where your data goes

• Social networks: your posts and media go to the networks you connect, only when you or your schedule publish them.
• AI providers: your briefs go to the AI providers you connected, using your own keys. Their own terms and data rules apply to that use.
• Email: we send the account emails and alerts you need.

Security

Social access tokens and AI keys are stored encrypted. Two-factor sign-in is available on every account, and sign-ins and important changes are recorded in an activity log.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. Activity records are removed on a regular schedule. We may keep payment records for as long as the law requires.
