What we collect

• Your name, email and password, and your business details such as its name, address, logo and brand kit.
• Access to the social accounts you connect: tokens, page and account ids, and public profile names.
• The AI keys you add, and the briefs, posts, images, videos and voice-overs you make or upload.
• Numbers the networks report for your posts: likes, comments, views and followers.
• Payment records and any receipts you upload, and records of activity in your account for security.

How we use it

To write, schedule and publish your posts, show their numbers, send the emails and alerts you need, take payment and keep the service secure. We use your social account access only for the actions you ask for.

Who we share it with

• We do not sell your data.
• We send your posts and media to the social networks you choose, only when you or your schedule publish them.
• We send your briefs to the AI providers you connected, using your own keys. Their own terms apply to that use.
• We may share data when the law requires it.

YouTube and Google

We use YouTube API Services to upload your videos and read their numbers. By connecting YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's Privacy Policy applies. You can remove our access at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

How we protect and keep it

Tokens and AI keys are stored encrypted. We keep your data while your account is open. Activity records are removed on a regular schedule.

Your choices

You can remove a social account at any time, and you can ask us to delete your whole account. The Data deletion page explains how.
